Weekly Totals
For the week of Nov 6-12:
Swim: 3 hours
Bike: 1.5 hours
Run: 1.7 hours
Total: 6.2 hours
Total with stretching/core/yoga/pilates: 8.8 hours
So definately lower than last week, but a good 'down' week. I skipped the gym workout after the killer swim workout that left me soo sore. I will try to bring the hours back up this week, but it will be a bit different due to cancelled practices and shifting of workouts.
