Total: 5
Total with core/stretching/yoga/pilates: 7.5
Well, sickness took its toll on the numbers. Swimming took a definate hit, so it should be interesting getting back into the pool tonight. I do not feel 100% this morning, but hopefully I have kicked this bug, and it is not lingering.
