For the week of Feb 12-18:
Swim: 3
Bike: 4.4
Run: 2.8
Total: 10.17
Total with stretching, core, weights, yoga/pilates: 13.6
I also biked for about 30min on my mountain bike on Thurs. It finally got warmer, so I was able to run outside again. I got new runners, which I used for my longer run.
